Founded in 1964 for all those interested in art in Faringdon and The Vale, Faringdon Art Society (FAS) is run on a 'not for profit' basis and currently has over one hundred members.
The society welcomes anyone with an interest in art, whether two or three dimensional and whether they be a leisure artist, a professional, or just someone that enjoys seeing how artists create their work.

The Quad: The Quad in Faringdon is now showing art work from a number of our members
The Drop In/Painting in Company: The Drop In is held at 10:00 at the United Church Hall and is a morning open to both members and non members who wish to paint in company with each other. There is a pause for coffee/tea and an opportunity to chat during the session. Each session costs £3 to cover the cost of the hall and tea/coffee/milk and biscuits. Please bring your own mug.
